The brushing has to be made with the wire tips.

If you need high speed and strong pressure, use a more aggressive brush with a shorter strand or greater gauge wires.

A high density of wire offers a better surface finish and offers greater cutting capacity.

A short trim causes a rigid surface with high cutting capacity. A longest projection gives more flexibility in order the brush may adapt to irregular surfaces.

WHAT TO DO IF...

If the brushing is slow, increase the outer speed increasing the brush diameter or your machine speed but never exceed the MSFS range. Use a smaller length of useful strand.

Use a brush with a greater wire diameter.

If the brushing is too aggressive, reduce the outer speed reducing the brush diameter or your machine speed.

Use a brush with longer useful strand.

Use a brush with smaller wire gauge.
